I was sitting around bored the other day and decided to see if I couldn't figure out how to make my "cutout" graphics using Blade Pro (to simplify the process). I think I came up with a pretty good one. Then I started playing with the preset and discovered a lot of fun things you can do with it. Suprisingly enough, this preset is basically Blade Pro in "neutral". Click here to download the preset. Following are examples for using this preset. All the graphics on this page were created with this preset or some variation thereof. To use this preset, flood fill a graphic with a color or a pattern. Apply your text with floating unchecked. This preset is actually a good learning tool. By playing with the adjustments and light, it is a good way to learn how Blade Pro works.

Text with preset applied - no adjustments.
Text with preset applied and shape changed to second shape from the top.
Text with preset applied and shape changed to last shape on menu.
Text with preset applied and white light changed to blue.
Dingbat font with preset applied - no adjustments.
Dingbat font with preset applied and height increased slightly (this has a "softening" effect).
Dingbat font with preset applied with Iridescence sent to the middle and the Iri Colors slider slid about 1/4 of the way.
Dingbat font with preset applied and height increased almost all the way to maximum (this causes the opposite effect - rather than a cutout, it becomes extruded)
Same as above, except white light changed to blue.
